Nourishing the roots
“Nourishing the Roots" is a program developed to help anchor presence and reconnect with our body through Yoga practice. It fosters increased awareness and respect for this divine temple.
So that's exactly what we're doing here:
There is movement for activation, release emotions & calm and center the nervous system
There is pranayama (breathwork), quiet space and energy healing to align with stillness
There is a guide & silence meditation to connect deeper
Balancing your Chi
I invite you to open up and get to know your body better, along with the memories it carries. Through this process, we can understand the blocks that prevent you from living with more harmony and balance.
The program consists of two sessions per week, each lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes, and spans over a duration of 4 weeks.
